Our Nelda Mini Dress features mini length, off shoulder style, pleated details across the bust with cutout, gel tape, stretchy shirring skirt with gathered frill, attached balloon sleeves with shirring cuffs and invisible zipper.  This garment has lining but sleeves and has stretch.
